Do you want your empty bottles back?

Sure, we would be happy to take our bottles back, in your pack you should have received a card of how to return your empty bottles. Contact Ecosilk with your name and address and we will get a courier sticker sent to you with our return label to post back to us.

Not sure what products are best for your hair or skin? 

We are here to help, flick a message either on Facebook/email or Instagram with a picture of your hair and tell us in detail the issues you maybe having with your hair or skin and what you would like us to help you with to achieve your goals.

I received my package but it missing products? 

Our apologies! we take extra care when packing your orders, however sometimes there is human error. Please email or ring us so we are able to fix. sales@ecosilkbeauty.co.nz so we can get this sorted for you ASAP

How can i track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email to follow with updates - please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. If you are unsure about where your order is, please ring Courier post 0800 501 501

Can i use products from different ranges? 

Absolutely you can, we don't have any typical filler ingredients you would find in generic hair care products, meaning our products work better together.

Are your products safe during breastfeeding or during pregnancy? 

Yes, absolutely they are. However please do consult your doctor prior to use if you have any concerns.

Where is Ecosilk Products Made? 

We manufacture all our products in Australia.  

My discount code is not working?

Make sure you have put the correct uppercase and lower-case code in. Keep in mind you are only able to use the code 1 time. If there is a promotion running, discount codes cannot be applied on top of already discounted orders. If any trouble please contact us sales@ecosilkbeauty.co.nz

Where do you ship to?

At this stage we only ship around New Zealand, we are working hard with our couriers to make changes to be able to send worldwide. So hang tight. 

I have put the wrong information in and i have check out and paid already? 

Could you please email us ASAP so we can change this in the system before we dispatch your items - sales@ecosilkbeauty.co.nz

Can i change my order or cancel once ive paid?
